Aula de Tai Ji em Algés

Na senda de promoção das Artes Marciais Chinesas, que é uma das minhas grandes paixões de vida, promovi uma aula aberta no Jardim de Miraflores. Eu e a Cristina Sales ensinámos os princípios de Chi Kung e Yang Tai. Foi um Sucesso!! Apareceram várias pessoas desconhecidas que se iniciaram a esta prática...fantástico!!

In the wake of promotion of Chinese martial arts, which is one of my great passions of life, I promoted  an open class in the Garden of Miraflores, Algés, Lisbon. Myself and  Cristina Sales taught the principles of Chi Kung and Tai with a use sucess! Many thanks to the unknown that joined us.
